SANTA CLARITA, Calif. - The best score of the day lifted the Pepperdine women's golf team into second place after Tuesday's second round of the Bruin Wave Invitational at Robinson Ranch Golf Club.
The two tournament co-hosts are 1-2 in the standings. UCLA has a nine-stroke lead with a 1-under 575 (281-294). Pepperdine moved up from fourth place after an even-par 288 and into second with a total of 584 (296-288). Arizona sits in third, three strokes back of the Waves.
